People Portraits
fast + loose
These “fast n’ loose” portraits usually start with archival ink line drawings. Many of them are semi-blind contour drawings, intentionally imperfect, which attempt to bring out a person’s expressive essence. Additional mediums may include brush pens, sharpie markers, pastels, watercolor, gouache and/or colored pencils.
